  1. Re:You're all children. on Beware Your Online Presence · · Score: 1

Anyone can easily post under your name and email anywhere on the internet. Lets see what kind of luck you would have trying to get that removed. Besides the policies of companies like Google, where it is practically impossible to get something removed lets not forget all those on a power trip board moderators and admins.

  2. Fed up with Google on Beware Your Online Presence · · Score: 1

Back in the middle 90s in a few rare instances used my real name to reply to posts on the Usenet. Nothing controversial but the problem was those that replied to the long list of replies, snipped information and then left in email addresses (like mine). This fragmented information appears as if someone elses comments are my comments. Over time I and others who replied to these threads removed the posts. But there are a few people whose email addresses no longer exist so there is no way to contact them to have the information removed. I contacted Google Groups time and time again about my email address appearing in these threads for comments I did not make but my attempts are hopeless.

  3. Time to dump the two main parties on Financial Responsibility == Terrorism? · · Score: 5, Interesting

These things are really bipartisan with 9/11 just advancing what would have slowly occurred over the next 20 years to occur within just a few. Prior to 9/11 and during the 90s they used things like "It is for the children", to pass laws like these. For example during the Clinton years we had the bipartisan "1996 Welfare Reform Act". What most Americans do not realize that Act created the single most invasion of every Americans privacy in history. (enacted long before 9/11). Due to the Welfare Reform Act every employer is required to report their employees (or face fines) to the new hires database. The new hires database is used to track where Americans citizens are working at all times in case they ever father or mother a child. Therefore the used for the purpose of locating you for lifestyle child support collection.

  4. Everyone loves an underdog on Intel Loses Market Share to AMD · · Score: 2, Insightful

If Intel was the underdog this group would be singing thier praises. Just like at one time everyone loved Microsoft when they were the underdog. Soon we will have Google joining Microsoft and Intel. (probably rightfully so) I am sitting here surrounded by Intel boxes and none of them have their cases open due to heat nor have the poor performance and lack of linux support like the one sitting next to me.
