I can only assume you know this and are trolling, but John C. Dvorak did not invent the Dvorak keyboard layout. It was actually patented in 1936 by Dr August Dvorak. I'll let you read up on it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dvorak_Simplified_Key board.
Many thanks for that, a most excellent tip. Although I reckon I'm good with my Mac, I never thought of doing that. Now I'm running non-admin account and I didn't have to port all my stuff over to new account (basically what was stopping me beforehand).
Blimey, I really am stupid.
If I had mod points...
I had mod points the other day. I wish I still had them. You would have got some. This is bang on. Not only are they all like that, but they are identical all over the world. I mean, here in Britain it is unlikely that I will be rolling across the prairies or the Rockies or sliding around some Italian coastline in my new car. Why can't ad agencies think of some new ideas for generic car ads?
You can't actually buy a copy of OSX for x86, the only versions on the shelves are PPC. So you must either be downloading it illegally or copying it from a MacIntel install disc, and unless you wipe it from your new Mac, you're installing more copies than you have licences for. So all the OSX86 users out there pirated it somehow...
