First we have the smarts to realize that global warming is happening. Not suprising when we have records documenting the last 400,000 years showing temp. cycling up and down up and down. We were somewhat suprised to see methane and other gases that show strong correlation with global tempature, but we see that they do. Methane, Co2, and temperature have and will continue to cycle as long as time marches on. For the people that think humans are natural in nature you should see this as a reason to do all you can to "stop" the cycle. For the people that think humans are not natural, it would only make sense to do absolutely nothing about this as any intervention by unnatural humans would be influencing nature. Even if this is done with trying to solve the problem of global warming it would eventually lead to more problems caused by the unnatural humans.
What a great article. The ad in the middle of this "Microsoft Article in Disguise" really makes me want to switch away from OSX. How much was VISTA again? and I can't stop thinking about SQL Server!!!!!! I want IT!!!!

Chinas internet market is much smaller than googles own market share. If they were to resoundly reject a comprimise to filter search data it would affirm that they will not bow to demands. The last thing they want to do is set the precedent that they will do whatever individual countries ask of them.

The EU has many different operating systems, that probably aren't running windows for gaming purposes. This source code release wouldn't be happening if Microsoft hadn't been spending countless developer hours for years trying to make their product not interoperate with other popular OS's. Comparing these important applications that the EU needs to run a country to writing code for windows games shows you have very little understanding for the nature of this debate.
