    With the massive problems this country has in need of statesmanship, thought and logic and this dickhead is out pruning the flower beds in an ice storm. The problem with a republic is the need for adults to participate.

    The remark in this article .."Censorship may be necessary, but should it be overseen by Government." should send shivers up every thinking citizen's spine (presupposing that he/she has one). Government should never be allowed any form of censorship. It is only with the free flow of information that citizens remain aware of the actions of that government.

    Thank you for your post. In the real (as opposed to virtual) world, I sometimes feel very alone in my opinions.
    To think, education takes second place to fostering consumerism. And, really, you have to be stupid to buy their product. It makes an evil sort of sense.

    I worked (unpaid) for a year on our CCnR's. We had people on the panel that wanted;
        No laundry hanging in the yard (this is in Hawaii with sun year-round).
        No cars parked in the driveways (only in the garage).
        House construction completed within 12 months (we are at the end of a 2400 mile pipeline for supplies).
        No towers, wind generators, antennas. (they are considered eyesores. This with poles and wires everywhere).

    In short, the answer to CCnR problems is INVOLVEMENT!!! Just like your federal government. Otherwise, you get
    what someone else wants you to get.
