It has enough horsepower. The gamecube for how "underpowered" the xbox fanboys claimed it was has great graphics.

then again, they must be doing something right with that lack of horsepower you claim, because a number of games looked far better than the xbox/ps2 counterpart.

Um it would flag those people for an extra check. Sure as hell beats the system of "we have to check everyone"

Who said anything about flagging them AS terrorists, rather it is a system to flag people to further check while letting everyone else go through.

Certainly makes sense to me, but you have to ignore the slashdot headline, but that is a requirement of this site anyways.

I thought I described value added service. Ie something that doesnt make you much money in itself, but entices people to buy your product (so you can sell them games and other subscriptions, where you do make the money)...

Since the XBox isnt the only game console in town, they have to make it that much more desireable in order to compete, so that they even have the chance to sell those games that were licensed.

Value added means you add something extra that wont make you moeny so that you can move product (and in this case one step more, to sell licenses for the games)

More people buying the 360+subscription to live.

It is called a value added service. Makes the product that much more attractive.

It really is too bad that the lawsuits are a failure and piracy will continue all while the RIAA members continue to reap obscene profits.

The market is saturated, they are not gonna get anymore money out of people. They cannot make anymore money. People will continue to pirate because they spent their music budget already. You can claim it isnt right, it is stealing, doesnt change the fact that people will do it.

No one cares about the lawsuits.
