in Ca (and other states) if 2 or more creditors file petitions to US bankruptcy court against the same company within some predefined time period (30 days - I think). The company is automatically put into bankruptcy - involuntarily.
Of course - this manuever will only serve to shut the bastards down - you still arent likely to see your money.....oh - and you will need a lawyer - could cost more than 20K to shut them down.

Ok, this new ruling is great. We can freely distribute and discuss the source code for the Matel CyberPatrol NetNazi (as I wrote this I was dismayed but not surpised to find that netnazi.com has been taken). I cant wait to post my schematics and source code for my thermonuclear device.;*)

In the UK there is hella gun control and you have the same problems we have here in the US - innocent bystanders being shot - school children mowed down - Does it ever enter your mind that guns arent the problem. That maybe something is going wrong with society? Find the problem - dont be distracted treating the symptoms.
Warwick's comment about gun owners is troubling. I wonder if he is dispensing his facist political views alongside his cybernetic facts while teaching at our universities. If he had an ounce of real insight into how cybernetics will affect the future then he would realize that gun owners will one day be able to have the guns themselves implanted. (thank you Neil S.)
