she was just trying to get me to do it for her, so I eventually got pretty pissed off and thankfully she just took the hint and moved on to the next unsuspecting sex-deprived geek. a question about the girl that wanted you to do her [assignment]:
    *was she pretty?*
if she was, why wouldn't a sex-deprived geek play along? are you one of them mac geeks?..

    From the article:

You start by picking a door, but before its opened Monty will always open another door to reveal a goat. In the movie they didn't say that it's the known rules of the game that the host always opens another door. In the movie version he spontaneously chose to open a door.
It isn't said that the host's choice to open the door is independent on whether the player chose the car. In the article version it is independent as it is constant.

maybe those who are attractive don't need to be nice and this is the reason while the choice tends to be between the attractive-not-nice and the not-attractive-nice. several films ("mean girls", "the new guy") tell the story of someone becoming popular and thus naturally becoming an ass-hole. (though they end with them understanding their wrong way, but that's the unrealistic hollywood-good-end part of the movie)

From my experience it was not a problem to my social life but the contrary. I found this 12-Hours-Period system by mistake - when my gaurding-shifts schedule in the army kind of forced me to it. I found that I actually liked it and later tried it again. The trial lasted for a few weeks and I don't really remember why I stopped, because I found it to be very nice. It did not bother my social life because it let me stay awake at the 0-3 am hours which I spent socializing. and all the other wierd waking hours were used for work.
