I think Facebook is popular enough that it won't die out even if it's sold.
Money makes the world go 'round, baby. If I had something as successful as Facebook and was offered that much money, I'd probably sell out too, whether or not a bunch of college kids cared.

There are some classes where that'd be an attractive option, but at least for me I bring my laptop to class for notes. I have one professor who talks so fast that if I am taking notes by hand I miss important points he makes because I write so much slower than I type.
However, if her class is so boring that that's what students are doing, that's her fault and they wouldn't be thinking and analyzing anyway.
But try to avoid the phrase "asthetically pleasing" when complimenting her.
As a lady, I'd find it amusing and most likely endearing if a guy called me "asthetically pleasing", but then again I'm a geek and really enjoy language...
