Excuse me, but unless you have seperate providers the plan to have multiple cable connections would just be a waste of money. Unless I am mistaken, a cable provider provides a connection of say 170 kbs. Now if you have two cable connections you would have 170/2 kbs per connection or 85kbs. So where is the benefit? You could use VPN's and probably get the same results without the additional cost of the extra connections.
Just who will this education be aimed at?? Is education the answer, no I don't think so, and before all the flames start let me explain. In my 40 something years on this earth I have seen and done many things and one of the things that stands out is if you make yourself a target you will get attacked. Now the question that begs to be answered is how does one go about making themselves a target. This is vary simple stand out from the crowd, in other words be different. So as related to ethnicity problems (please note that unless there has been some evolutionary changes taking place that I have not noticed there is only one human race)taking place what can be done about them. As far as america, stop the double standard. I know most of you are thinking about a white double standard for blacks but there also exists a black double standard for whites. For example, take the notorious word nigger. If a white person uses that word it is an immediate threat to all blacks, but when a black uses the same word it is admirable (for example Chris Rock and numerous other commedians that are black, in fact Richard Pryor first claim to fame was based mostly on his use of the word). Another example is the so called RAP music if you take the time to understand it the dreaded n-word pops up regularly and all these self-rightous people never say a word about that. A second point education only works when the person being educated wants to be educated. Forced education does not work, in any way, shape, or form. If I want to learn about, just for arguements sake, about life in the upper Amazon then I will take measures to learn about it,but if , on the other hand I were forced to learn about the upper Amazon I would do my best to forget everything I learned as soon as was possible.
