Not technically.
The root server operators are given the root zone files and they run the server. For this to be worth anything it would require a change in the server software, so only the ones run by verisign would ever actually comply.
No he has many different Police stickers on depending on where he is racing. Hoping for some love from law enforcement who think he is just a brother cop out of jurisdiction. Check out the pictures. http://www.gumball144.com/wallpapers/
People need to read the whole article a little more carefully.
This is only being publicized a year after it happened(2006), so I would venture a guess that all statutes of limitations have run out. 1 year on traffic violations seems about right.
They were smart about it.
Scalemail looks like its a good start. http://www.inoi.fi/open/trac/scalemail/"A scalable (but not fully highly available, atleast not yet) virtual domain system for handling mail for many users, based on Postfix, LDAP and Courier-IMAP."
Not nearly as powerful as the adblock plus + filterset.g updater. I tried the cpp addblock for opera and it was horrible to setup and din't even compare in features. The blockcontent will have to work for me right now I guess
I'm using it right now and its great. The interface is clean though its a little too windows looking though thats obviously to target the larget group of os users. Now I need to find out how to get addblock or something like it to work. I'm so used to not seeing many that I can't live without it.
Adobe photoshop is the standard. Every graphic artist learns on photoshop. Every little quirk or oddity of gimp makes life that much harder. No matter how great the image manipulation code is. The gimp interface is just not the standard and that loss of productivity means gimp is at a serious disatvantage.

It looks like its closer to the photoshop interface. Though it does look like it has fewer features right now.
