    Just to be clear, I was as much against bush as I am obama, I dont think "they are the same" I think they equally are bad presidents however. Bush did a lot of stupid things, and living just outside of NYC, I have seen more than most when it comes to the federal government getting in our shit. Bush built up the government, but IMO obama took it to an entire new level. I have not seen anything that i personally find good that he has done. I think we need to shrink the federal government by around 80% and give most of the power back to the states, as was intended

    would that be the track record of canceling the moon project that bush put forth? or would that be the muslim outreach program. I mean I am all for privitization of thats what hes gonna do and continue to do. We could be on the moon in a few years if we stayed on track with constalation, but NO politics over progress, which is ironic because of the side that stopped the shoot for the moon from happening.

    the way i see it, the federal government is TO involved in peoples day to day lives. There is no need for the federal government to do 90% of the things it does, these things can be (and legally should be) handled at the state level. So when it comes to blocking the government from enacting more laws that give them even more power, I am all for the party of no, whatever party that is

    how did we go from not being in space - to the moon - in a decade however now we cant even seem to get out of our own way? as a long time space entheusiest, I was even a part of a club that watched the jupiter collision happen live. This past 10 years have been a major disappointment on the manned flight front.

    in 08 "im not bush vote for me" worked, obama still blames bush for everything that ever happened and cant run on his own record. OTOH romney just says and does what he is told by his handelers, im not sure its all that much better.

    Obama cant talk about what he HAS done. In 08 obama ran on "im not bush" and everyone loved him for it. Now people think that romney is saying "im not obama vote for me"

    If you go to philly, you can go to the "bar" where the revolution was "planned." at this location, you can get the beer recipies that were brewed by washington, jefferson, adams, and franklin (washingtons was the best IMO - franklins tasted like pine needles)

    I have seen it, when looking for laptops.

    personally I dont bother with th 5 star reviews, I start with the 1 stars and decide which are simply faulty products or user error (you can find a lot of simple user error in 1 star reviews) Than I like to look at 3 and 4 stars to see what the people who took the effort to dig a little deeper rather than 5 stars cause its teh god! That Is my usual shopping research methods

    the problem is that i dont give a flying fuck about "politically damaging" I am actually sick and tired of lifetime politicians. I want what is best for america, and I have not seen that from either side of the isle in many many years,if ever. Term limits would be a great start, followed by making bills simple, no riders or amendments. Those 3 simple things would be in OUR best interest, but sadly it will never happen because we keep voting for the lesser of 2 evils, and an evil is still evil, and will never give up power.

    in other words "you didnt write a bill that we like, so we are taking our ball and going home" It is the same thing as when the Ds in Wi left the state rather than have a vote. the Ds are all worried about the Rs "taking away the right to vote" from the avg american, yet they dont even want to have a vote. You say that "we know it wont win" well, no we dont, it hasnt been voted on, therefore we do not know.
