Eazel and Helixcode arent really competitors for the most part. Eazel is working on the file-manager that will be part of Gnome 2(it will be avalible for Gnomme 1.4 too i think). Helix is working on other parts of the Gnome desktop. Although they do compete some in the services area, they are more like sister companys.
Helix will ship nautilus with Helix-Gnome when nautilus is released as stable.
nautilus it self is only a 3 meg download, i havent checked the preview release yet so it must be includeing all the depends it needs.
Movies online will never replace goin to the movie

I for one would rather go to the movie theatre to see a movie instead of downloadin it. Why would anyone give that up. I think watching movies on the net may compete with videos and tv, but not going to the theater.
Finally someone who seems to get the picture. Trolltech isnt doin any thing wrong, KDE is. They should have considered QT's liscense before they even started. Dont get me wrong KDE is a great project, it was my first deskop. But they pretty much screwed themselfs over when they picked QT as their toolkit.
they are themeable, so yes, you can change the icons, also you can change tool bar icons, and many other parts of the Nautilus ui.
Ive heard rumors of such a thing existing, or probally will be existing at some point, so iv heard, but dont take i could be wrong ;)
