    A security update shouldn't break compatibility will all addons, unless in some very specific cases where something is really wrong in the core of the app. Based on firefox 5 release notes, that does not seem to be the case.

    If your only problem with LaTex is that it's too long to type your whole equation, you should give LyX a try...

    But if he has such priviledged access to CPU, can't we just simply suppose he's also able to "see" what you type on your keyboard ?
