  1. ISRO reputation on Robot for India's Moon Mission by IIT Kanpur · · Score: 1

ISRO with minimal funding(when compared to NASA or other space agencies) has achieved a lot. It has the capability to support all India's commercial and scientific needs through unmanned spaceflight alone, even with lots of scientific and economic sanctions it has achieved that. To believe that they can work with the budget they get is pure non sense one you see its track record over the years....its one of the top 3 space agencies in the world....so i don't think they wont think as much as you guys when planning for a mission on such a scale....

  2. Re:Next Up: A Google WebOS? on Google Launches Online Spreadsheet System · · Score: 1

Google will never go into the OS Market.... Google income is Ad-based....and the reason its been such a huge success is because it is free and the ads are all text ads and are barely visible. Going into OS market will only bring problems to it and its brand name, because no one is going to use an ad-based OS.

i thought the same about my 7800 GTX till i tried playing oblivion with all setting....and the fps i get mostly below 30. you get the hardware and getting the software to saturate that piece of hardware is not so hard....

  4. its about cell phones ppl not the service.... on Consumers Look For More Utilitarian Cellphones · · Score: 1

most people are here complaning about the cell service rather than the cell phone. i do agree the cell service is crappy, but the cell phones are doing a decent job in my opinion..... some of the cell phones available now do a decent job at being a mp3 player, a camera etc... i know they arent as good as the standalone ipod or the cannon camera but they do provide the basic functionality, if you don't want those functions quit complaining and stop buying the phones....

  5. Governments..... on UK Government Wants Private Encryption Keys · · Score: 1

guess all the governments are having a competition, who gets to fuck its citizens privacy first..... news like these reminds me of movies like V for Vendetta or Equlibrium......a government which does not need rules and people who just accept everything thinking its for their own security
