If hard disks and DVDs will not last for 100 years, use early technology like punch-cards. If the film CAN last that long, make a new digital format, punch-film.

Microsoft can't win the lawsuit. If you knew Microsoft was after your hard drive and they have no idea who you are, you have plenty of time to backup everything and wipe your hard drive(the right way). Just put the backups in a safe place. There you go, no evidence. This is all assuming you WERE guilty.
And if you are innocent, and want to really piss off Microsoft, post the source code on the net.:)
