There's nothing wrong with Chinese Engineers. I'd like to see Bretchel or any American company take on Engineering something like The Three Gorges Dam. China actually has a strong history in Engineering going all the way back to building the Great Wall.
China's products are of low standard not because of poor engineering, but because there is no Qaulity Assurance program.
