Yes yes Mac Os X is very stable on Apple's "own" hardware. It's also almost virus free cos people don't bother to write virus to such a marginal OS. The thing is that once you start running it on other hardware it becomes way more unstable than Windows XP. Windows XP with SP2 and a decent security solution (like F-Secure:) ) is infact a very good OS. It's beyond me why Microsoft doesn't buy F-secure and make it a part of Vista. Just rename it to Vista Secure or something. Linux is good too but still somewhat buggy. Not a day goes by that I don't get some sort of error/crash message with Suse, something that hasn't happened with my XP MCE 2005 install in over a year..
My guess is that once high definition televisions become more popular Nintendo will release the updated version of Revolution that will be up to the task..
They better accept Visa Electron too. There are a lot of us potential customers without a credit card out there. Start accepting VISA Electron as well and I'll become a customer for sure:)
Americans would lose the pirate bay for starters. Then the massive amount of quality pr0n of course. As a finn.. err I guess EU would have its own network so err, well I'd lose a part of wikipedia but I'm sure it would reappear in a matter of days to some EU server. Perhaps some good contributors.. but err there are a ton here too:)
It's so fucking annoying. But then I remember.. I download all my movies anyways:) Fuck HD-DVD and BLURAY, all I care about is HD-DVD and Bluray hddivx/hdxvid rips:D

Err I thought WinFS was going to be just a new layer of metadata over ntfs. Meaning that it's not really a filesystem..

Maybe if you RTFA? They aren't claiming that Windows is slow in performance but that Microsoft is slow in bringing a new product to a market..
