    Well, the benchmarks are kind of suspect as rumoured to be written to favor one platform over the other, plus it is still being emmulated and not running natively. No one disputes that Apple's iEvil GUI is better though...(Now with Jog Dial!)

    Defective drivers for their OS are off-topic? What if what I need is a solution to this specific memory/driver issue? I would imagine that erring on the side of more information is preferable to erring on the side of less information...You can always skip past that info, but I can't create it from thin air if it isn't there...

    A waiver won't save them if they were negligent. If I had you sign a waiver stating that I was going to murder you, you sign giving your consent, then I go ahead and shoot you - am I legally absolved of any crime? Hell no. A waiver can never override any laws already in place.

    You can access their websites just fine with the browser/OS of your choice. If you had RTFA, you would know that the PureEdge document viewer application, not the websites, require the use of a Windows system.

    And why is everyone so surprised that the government uses the OS that is most widely used worldwide? Is it that much of a shock?

    This is precisely the reason to have a home server with all your important stuff on it - so if you do something stupid and bork your workstation, all is not lost. Just re-install the OS and hook back up to your server...

    Now we just need to train the unwashed masses about NOT surfing shady porn sites from the server, but to do it from their workstations...

    Did you read the rest of the definiton, specifically the part reading -

    Just because a nationalist describes themselves as patriot doesn't mean they are one in the same. You could actually be both a patriot, and a nationalist - or the nationalist could just be flat out wrong about being an actual patriot. Don't let a group of morons define words for you. If you don't see a distinction, you are not looking hard enough, or don't care.

    Even simpler -
    patriot - loves his country
    nationalist - loves his country unconditionally, no matter how evil or wrong it is
