Why don't we just pass legislation that prohibits 'minors' from earning, having or using currency of any kind? This would make it difficult for kids to buy cigarettes, beer, 'violent' computer/console games, guns, rubbers, cough syrup and everything else that can 'do harm' to the little angels. It would also force parents to, well parent, by having to buy the above things for their darling princes and princess's. The solution is easier than the bumbling id10t's in the statehouses. Just ban the little snot noses from purchasing things. Of course this idea has it's down side....it will add more energy (money) to the black markets. As has been reported numerous times, it is easier for kids to get drugs than it is for them to get beer and/or cigarettes. So making it harder for kids to get Tomb Raider XXVII and sit in from of a TV or computer for hours on end it will actually make it easier for them to get say heroin, which as we know is a much better activity. Now...where'd I put my spike?

The fact that the global climate is changing means very little in the overall sceme of things. It will change, as it has since the begining of this insignifigant little ball of rubble floating in space. Here is another thought...Maybe global warming is caused my asphalt and concrete. So the more roads we build the more heat that is stored during the day. These heat sinks then release the heat during the night which doesn't allow the area to cool properly....oh wait sorry i started to make sense there for a minute.... There are arguments that Humans change their environment and that we are the only species which does so in a destructive manner...BUUUUZZZZ spin again Vanna lets look at the beaver...they wipe out thousand of acres per year of lumber and grassland. Or how about fire ants that devour acres of woodlands only to move on when it can not longer support the colony. Lets try a new approach....lets do nothing and adapt as needs be. Its what we have done since we crawled out of the primortal ooze. I am so sick of scientist claiming that they have the answers to everything, and later discovering that thier answers have only caused more or have intentsified problems. The really frustrating part is that a great deal of people actually believe these over educated bastards.

While the use and a fe european countries decreased thier 'harmful' emmissions it was not nearly enough to impact the massive ozone holes. not to mention that Mt.St. Hellens put more 'harmfull' gasses into the atmosphere than the entirety mans influence.

Greenland, "discovered" in the 10-th century by Erik "The Red" Thorgromson. When he found it it s was friggan GREEN. Less than 100 years later it was covered in friggan ICE. I don't recall pre-viking aged northern europeans having friggan CARS to create a global warming trend.
Maine, 1770's (I am too frustrated and pissed off at you tree hugging bastards to remember the exact year so look it the hell up) had a complete year with NO spring, summer or fall. It friggan snowed in July.
What does this suggest? ummmm planet hostile, life tough, friggan planet has been here for millions of friggan years and us, we humans, think that we can influence weather on this tiny rock adrift in an insignificant solar system in the backwaters of an unnoticable galaxy?
How about this, lets spend more time counting the grains of sand on the planet, because sand can cause desserts.
