Last would suggest, The Science Fiction Hall of Fame compliations give you a nice selection of works from 1929 to 1969 (if you can find volume 3) Volumes 1, 2a and 2b have been reprinted fairly recently.
Nonsense. The D6 documentation has been there much longer. Drupal 7 was only officially released on January 7th, so I suspect that the documentation wasn't updated before that.
And even if you are talking about custom forms build through the API (well documented through api.drupal.org) there is a module (in dev) called Form Builder that provides a graphical UI that helps you build them.
Drupal 7 adds the ability to specify a compressed module file to load, either from a url or by browsing locally, and install it from the Admin interface. Also your can do one click updates on modules.
D7 has made a significant effort to providing a more friendly Administration UI experience, while maintaining (and adding) alot of awesomeness under the hood.
Your dentist may have used an anesthetic called "articaine". While this anesthetic is extremely effective for infiltration injections, it is a bit risky for block anesthesia (i.e. lower injections for molars). Your prolonged anesthesia should, "eventually", disappear.

If Derek is full of crap, I suggest that you don't look too closely at the Morrowind EULA, a game which has already been released with a similar clause intact.
"If You distribute or otherwise make available New Materials, You automatically grant to Bethesda Softworks the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, sublicensable, right and license under all applicable copyrights and intellectual property rights laws to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, perform, display, distribute and otherwise exploit and/or dispose of the New Materials (or any part of the New Materials) in any way Bethesda Softworks, or its respective designee(s), sees fit."
This release is a BETA (and incomplete) version of the toolset. This is to give possible world builders a chance to play with the toolset before the game ships.
They are pushing hard for a June ship date that will include both the toolset and the game.
Being an educational institute in Calgary, Alberta (where SmartTech is located http://www.smarttech.com ) allows us to "partner" with them and get a lot of this technology into our new teaching facility.

I always found the forms API pretty well documented.

Custom Content Types (CCK) and Webforms handle most of those use cases without creating a module.

When we went on vacation we both took our Palms with several books on them.
Still buy some core technical books hardcover but for others use my libraries' 30,000 ebook collection for spot reference.
Still buy some magazines hardcopy, but core news et.al. done online.
But still looking for THE killer reading device (good resolution in sunlight, long battery life, wide availability of material).
