Seriously, who can name a more secure SSL implementation than OpenSSL? This is pretty ridiculous.

  2. Re:OK, quick thing here... on HowTo Build a Quality DDR Deck · · Score: 5, Funny

Seriously, who can imagine Dial on Demand Routing of a Direct-to-Disk recording of a game of Dance Dance Revolution running on a machine with Double Data Rate RAM inside the Deutsche Demokratische Republik undergoing Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration?

  4. Gaining ground on Nokia to Put Google Talk on its Linux Tablet · · Score: 0

Seriously, who can still claim that Google Talk is a flop at this point? With the GMail integration, connection with AIM and adoption by Apple (iChat) and Nokia, Google Talk is looking more and more like serious competition every day.

  8. Esoteric languages on Your Thoughts on the Groovy Scripting Language? · · Score: 0

Seriously, who would choose to use this over an existing and popular scripting language? Given than Jython and JRuby exist, and Groovy doesn't offer much that they don't, what is the point other than to be deliberately obscure?

  9. Just us a keyboard on Voice Recognition for a Techie? · · Score: 0

Seriously, who would choose a voice recognition system over a normal keyboard? Given the problems inherent in understanding human speech, a keyboard is always going to be the superior solution.

  10. Grandmothers? on A DS In Every Pot · · Score: -1, Troll

Seriously, who over the age of twenty is going to buy a DS? These are kids' toys we're talking about. Marketing can only do so much, and you'll never convince large numbers of 80 year olds to start playing video games, even ignoring the fact that most old folk have no idea what a video game even is.
