I noticed that previous versions of Fedora Core were available for the x86_64 architecture, but all the links that I have seen are for i386. Anyone have a torrent for the x86_64 arch, or an estimated release date? Then the only thing I'll be waiting for are the ATI x86_64 drivers.
Actually, you have 6 days to watch the movie once you are finished downloading it. Once you begin playback, you can watch it as many times as you want (or can) within 24 hours. That may not be fantastic, but it is better than having to watch the entire thing within 24 hours of download.
These downloads aren't exactly small, either (the faq claims that they average around 550MB), so I am not going to wait at my computer for the download to finish so i can hit "play" before my 24 hours runs out...
Just the other day, I was sitting on my couch watching the news on TV, and suddenly up pops a series of advertisements for various products! Nowhere on the TV screen did the disclaimer "this is an advertisement" appear, in fact the only warning of any kind was the news anchor saying " . . . back after these messages."
Seriously, if we don't like it, we need to show our displeasure by not visiting the site (as if I needed another reason not to visit Yahoo.) Now if CNN starts publishing headlines like "4 out of 5 Terrorists Prefer Crest(TM)", then we are in trouble.
The one place swordfish did *not* come from is the lighthouse keeper in Return to Zork, he tried it last week, but it didn't work . . . so he knows it's not that . . .
I'd have to agree. You can clearly see that the two dimm slots nearest to the processors are different than the other three. The two closest to the processor appear to be used for DDR SDRAM, due to the single notch, whereas the other three appear to be for standard SDRAM, due to the two notches.
Never blame on malice that which can more simply be attributed to programming error. Occam's Razor, and all that.

Tell me about it . . .

I wonder if slashdotting this server will make the toilets back up . . .

Sorry, couldn't resist.
