    I for one will not buy the VHS version of TPM. and by the time Lucas decides to getting around to releasing TPM on DVD, i may not be interested in buying it in that format either.

    It only has a 4.3 Gb HD? with the option to put in a second HD at 10 Gb? come on. i already have 15 Gb or so of mp3's and i am not done ripping my cd's yet. doesn't seem like it has nearly enough room on it.

    This line caught my eye too. This just sounds too much like a line from a bad scifi movie.

    So they start slipping in other hidden genes, and then they start adding innocent things to the water (like flouride... ;) ) to turn these genes on and off.

    Then what happens when Dr. Evil comes along and discoveres a way to flip a hidden magic *switch* to kill all of the plants with these genes?

    So, my question is what has prevented this from already being done (or maybe it is in the process of being done...)?
    • the generosity of corperate america/the world? (call me a cynic, but i don't think so)
    • no one has gotten around to it yet?
    • the fear of the linux community?
    As stated above it doesn't seem to hard (only some time and money required) to make the GPL fairly useless. Are lawyers the only/most effective/best method for enforcemnt? Or is the fear of the wrath of the linux community enough?
