  1. This has been known forever....it's our food on Testosterone Tumbling in American Males · · Score: 1

I read a study about this like 4000 yrs ago, and basically it is due to us frying the shit outta everything we eat. I can't remember the exact details, and I'm too lazy to look it up, but basically something with the vegetable oil we fry everything in has an interaction with testosterone and ends up making it go bye bye. So the people who suggested obesity aren't so far off. How do you get fat? Eating shitloads of calories, most of which come from fried food. Want your sperm and your sex drive to stay alive, skip the fast food drive through and steam up some vegetables with a small portion of fish, chicken, and occasionally beef. Excuse me now I need to go grab some McyDee's

  2. Fill a half-n00b in on PC's Role Key in New Format War · · Score: 1

I'm still not 100% sure on this but I'm assuming HD-DVD will be backwards compatible with the current DVD titles released? If I am assuming correctly then I am all for HD-DVD taking off (and this is assuming blu-ray will not be able to play current DVD's due to the completely new laser?)

Doesn't this seem to make the most sense? I know Blu-ray seems to be the more "powerful" format, but does anything over 40gigs per disk really matter to most low, mid, and high range computer users? I would much rather have the backwards compatibility and the still amazing storage capacity the the uber sweet and new blu-ray.

  4. Re:You forgot on Warner Bros. to Sell Movies Over BitTorrent · · Score: 1

Are you telling me you don't pass 1000 stores that sell the DVD you want on your way to work or to the grocery store or to get gas? Unless you are a hermit I don't see that happening. I really hope this and all DRM riddled crap burns in flames. I have yet to purchase a DRM infested anything in my entire life. Personally I like putting my purchased DVD's on my MCE computer in my room, and leaving a copy on the shelf to watch in my living room. (I still can't figure out if this is techincally "illegal," but I don't give a shit). Take away my ability to do that, take away one DVD sale.
