Hmm, somebody there at slashdot doesn't have their head screwed on wrong. The quote was "The name combines the first human name found in the Bible, Eve, with the 'r' in robot". I'm not sure if you were just trying to be inventive and make up a way that the name was designed or if somebody over in Korea forgot to read the Bible, but every single time I've read it, Adam was the first human name found in the Bible. Don't believe me, read it yourself!
