  1. Re:Wireless PDA theft on True Tales of Hands-on Hacks · · Score: 1

Out of curiosity, what will happen if they spoof the MAC address on the stolen stuff? Or Is it the only identification? (Don't answer the specifics, just curious..)

(Hm.. better still, try to copy the MAC address and spoof it on an innocent student, *that* student will be busted and the thief walks free).

Did the thief tell you that "he didn't do it?" XD

I'd tell you but then, I'd have to kill you.

    Home address, please.

I do agree with you. The news sounds too deja vu-ish.

Plus, there are other options on the 'market' right now. Babies, dead babies, pigs (more like transplant) and even cows (I watched 'House' for this, assuming it's true especially for Bowel transplant).

Maybe I watched TV too much. Hm~

Dude, it's ugly. Even if it's breakable.

Maybe it's the BMG in SonyBMG that made that happen. *shrugs*

  6. Yes, please on Sony Hints At PS3 'Homebrew' Linux Plans · · Score: 1

I think as the gaming console is more and more resembling a normal PC (or more), I don't think putting linux on PS3 would be a problem. I tried running Linux on XBox and it works. Heck, it's working on a *Microsoft* product.

Have a little (more) faith with Sony.

But I *do* hope Sony cut down on the price..

  7. That doesn't mean he's guilty... on UK Hacker loses Extradition Case · · Score: 1

Just because he lost the extradition case doesn't mean he's guilty. It's just to extradite him over and get a nice non-visa application stay in a hotel called prison for few months (with free food; may also include sex). Have a court trial.

*IF* he's proven guilty; then, he *is* guilty. So far, he's still not guilty of charge nor that proving that breaking the non-password system is an offence.

All I could think of is: using a resource which does not belong to him. Like using an Open AP (Access Point). It's an offence. Because of the use of bandwidth.

I think it's the same here.
