Why GMail isn't opensource?.. Why any of the Google Cloud Computing Services are opensourced?
Does RMS mean 'Closed Data' and 'Open Programs' will solve the issue?
As Tomorrow Comes...
The sun rises...
430 million children in India.
Less than half of them go to school.
Nearly 17 million work for a living....The sun sets
Over 81 million aged persons in India.
90% do not have access to social security.
One third are below the poverty line.
Try teaching them Java with NetBeans IDE. Works well on Ubuntu/Windows and is Free. I find no gain in NOT using an IDE. The more interested students can debug, refactor and analyze code better with such an IDE while others can get enjoy the syntax highlighting, code-inspect etc. Please don't put them on to Eclipse which is not an Integrated Java IDE by default.
