Yeah, I plan on all original work, but its nice to know what other people have done. Its good to have a solid theoretical background, even if other people aren't using the same paradigms.
The problem I run into is that a lot of the work focuses on the influence that internet usage has on people in their real lives, whereas I want to focus on social interaction on the internet itself.
I myself am a sociology masters student focusing on the internet as a social sphere. One of the problems I run into is a lack of similar research. Does anyone else know of any studies like this one?
Having been taken off the air and brought back years later, do you fear a decline in quality in new episodes of Futurama? (A condition known as Family Guy Syndrome?) Is it better to end a series while it is still fresh, or to risk a decline is quality in order to bring something to the fans that still has life in it?
(That's not two questions, that's one question in two parts)
Its nice, but can't someone please PLEASE move the search box to a more convenient location? Somewhere not all the way at the bottom? Perhaps the top. Or the side. But the bottom is just silly.

If this had been done on Windows systems, it might have actually affected more than 6 people.
