    And if I recall correctly, static electricity doesnt affect a magnetic medium, so it should be fine if you kepp it away from the electronics.

    There is a symbol that the canadian government uses to signify a government building/web page/document etc. (http://www.gc.ca/images/canada.gif). Were they using this, or just the flag? If they were using the symbol, then I think this was reasonable.

    Lighter cargo=less fuel. And, the more fuel you take, the more you need to lift that fuel. Of course, its possible that they just fill the tanks full, and dont give exactly enough fuel for the trip...

    Can Yahoo Serious be said to be "doing business" under the name Yahoo? If hes doing business at all, wouldnt it be under the name "Yahoo Serious"? Sorry, but this is one time where im going to have to side with the big guy.

    It depends on the frequency. Lower frequencies get better as solar storms go up, and higher frequencies get worse. I think. Unless its the other way around.

    I belive what you are seeing is not the electricity, but ionized air, which would stay around for a bit after the electricity that caused it went away. Also, part of what you are seeing is probably an after-image.

    2: No, of course you dont get the same properties as silk, you get the same properties as cotton. Silk is not a plant fiber, it comes from caterpillars. take a look at http://www.britannica.com/eb/article?eu=69533&toci d=0

    "So it's stronger than cotton. Is it stronger than flax or jute or nylon and as soft as cotton? Because maybe that's why it's not in demand as a fiber." It is softer than cotton, or it can be made that way very easily. My girlfriend has a shirt made out of hemp, and jeans made out of hemp.

    An incident that occurred at my former high school when i was in grade 10. Every year, everyone had to write and present to the class (and teacher) a speech. This teacher had two different classes (of the same subject). One student in my class and one in the other class gave exactly the same speech in front of the same teacher, and luck made them do it within 2 days of each other.

    Theyre running the wires through the storm water sewers, not sewage serwers. Everything in the storm water sewers is water/oil/gas/whatever off the road. You dont need to worry about the raw sewage touching your data.
