We can probably expect a substantial devaluation in the Dollar fairly soon. Take comfort in the fact that BofA will have to buy Rupees to pay the Indians with ever more Dollars every pay period. That's not even accounting for the rapid rise in pay among Indian tech workers. At some point they'll be stuck with an expensive and unresponsive foreign work force that won't be operating in BofA's best interest. That's what we learned from our "outsourcing experience".
Nobody outsources to Denmark. Why? Because those guys cost about as much as us. Time will remedy the current wage imbalance.
