Not sure why some of these asshats think i'm a "cunt" or "cock" because i don't like the damn books. It did however prove my point. I like Pratchett and Adams far more than Tolkien. Never saw the attraction to JRR.

I enjoy Dickens, Twain, and Melville, actually. LOTR isn't nearly as amazing as some people think. A great work of fiction is 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Elves not included.

This has nothing to do with book vs. movie. I just didn't like it. The entire story is a massive plot hole. Not a fan. Get back in your cage, you savage! Also, i'm more than likely in the top ten of Steve Jobs haters. Not a hipster, an engineer. And i worked(still do) in professional theatre. Special effects are nice and all, but right now they are the crutch of bad writers.

Rotate the "elevator" to the other side of the set.

Working in theater, we didn't have green screens. A well written story will pull the viewer in and suddenly, all becomes real. Don't get me wrong, i do enjoy a good movie, but special effects are for the lazy of mind.

Sure i could work my way up to 55K, but that still wont mean shit. Hopefully i can trick the government into letting me build electric cars. All i need is to finish the suspension/body design and some venture capital. i even have a long list of people who want to work for me.

I would love to have a cheap ass cell phone. It really can't be any worse than my $500 piece of crap. Really, this is the best phone i've ever had, and its still trash. Android is a better operating system than iOS, but iOS has Bently style fit and finish. My copy of Android seems like it was written by drunk 12 year olds. Crash taking a picture, crash sending a txt, crash loading the browser. This is Alpha shit. Even Beta programs are better than this. And this is version 2.1? It shouldn't be released till version 5, apparently. The fact that my GPS antenna fell off the motherboard is just icing on the cake, proving the fact that no matter what you spend, you get junk. Why not let my spent $100 on he next one? At least i'll laugh when it sucks then.
