So in effect, you _will_ be changing jobs. Things probably won't change much initially, but you will need to acclimate to the culture of the new organization, just like any new job. Over time, you may find yourself assigned to a "different account", i.e. you won't be working on the DHL account, but will work with a different client, while still getting your paycheck from HP. Also remember, HP is in this deal to make money, so they're going to try to charge DHL as much as they can, while doing as little as possible with as few people as possible under the terms of their contract. Which means you could end up getting "downsized". There are really no guarantees. This is basic stuff, but you need to be aware of it.
