I disagree. You or I, as citizens, can express any opinion we want. If you are a government official, and you try to destroy a fundamental tenet of the constitution, such as habeus corpus, you shouldn't be fired, you should be shot and fed to the hogs. Drawn and quartered. Have a sharp spike shoved from your ass to your cranium and be set on capitol hill as a reminder to other government critters. We need to remember that the constitution does NOT enumerate our rights. It does list things that the government can not do, but "We the People" retain everything that is not specifically given to the government.

Mother Theresa was hardly a good person. She took the millions of dollars that were given to her charity, and built nunneries. She did NOT help the poor and suffering. She believed that suffering brought us closer to God, and actually wanted the people under her care to suffer. May fit yours, but certainly not my definition of Good.

As has been stated several times before, depression IS NOT unhappiness. Depression is a serious problem. I don't walk around all day with "the blissful empty smile of the opium addict". I walk around all day feeling a whole RANGE of emotions. I get sad, happy, and, also, mad. I get mad at people who wax philosophic with no actual knowledge of the topic at hand. Who equate treating a serious disease with narcissism. The whole range of arguments regarding clinical depression vs. transient sadness has been covered ad nauseum in this thread, and you either didn't read them, or are incapable of changing your idea of a valium steeped housewife you have gotten from the movies. Either way, you suck. Cheerio

Just checked out guba.com. In Firefox, they tell me that i have to be running IE, and have windows media 9 or higher, "Which support the Windows Media Digital Rights Management System as required by our premium content providers. We will add other DRM support as soon as it becomes available and approved by major premium content providers" CrapTastic!

  6. Re:This can be a problem on ISPs to Create Database to Combat Child Porn · · Score: 1
So exactly HOW do you determine what the age of a non-existant model is? If the model doesn't exist, then it is NOT child porn! Do you leave it up to the Judge to decide if the drawing is underage? Perhaps the local police? Maybe the community as a whole? It is impossible to have child porn without a child!

Photographs of actual girls who are 18+ designed to look like children are also illegal.
If I take nude pictures of my wife, and she looks like she could be 16, although she is 26, how much time will I serve? Do I need to have her put on a suit and tie so she appears 18+? Can i have sex with her, even though she looks 17? Is the standard no longer actual age, but appearance? If so there are a lot of 15 year old girls running around that are OK to have sex with, after all, they appear over 18.
