For some reason, I cannot remember the last time I checked the social responsibility and conscience index of a company before I invested in it.
Personally, when I find a company that outsources call centers to a location that employs people that I cannot accurately understand, I stop doing business with them. That is your option. Capitalism is worthless when governments start trying to micromanage the system. It inherently corrupts it. Oh, and I especially love your blanket label of "western governments". Get over yourself.
