    In my opinion, no. I quit reading compuer magazines in mid-90-ies because they do not really give anything new that is not present in the Internet. And besides, the magazines publich everything on the internet as well. Plus on internet you have various sites like Slashdot that first, filter only the most interesting articles, and second, provide very insightfull and witty discussion, third, help you understand whether article is a genuine news article or a hidden advertising for one big company or another.

    Many of was wandered how Microsoft was going to sell its Zune music player? Why, of course by declaring iPod "uncool"! Expect more of this kind of articles coming.

    Since this business contact information, be it on business card or in email signature is already willfully given out by owner I think it is not "selling out people identity" strictly speaking. It is a kind of mining and aggregating public data.

    why we all use GPU? Graphic card is the addictional CPU to handle all our graphic needs.

    We all know that extra cores that will be in our processors in near future are for running malware/spyware while we do our work on main core.

    They should have disclosed the vulunerability to Apple and give fair time to patch OS X before going public with it.
