Anyway, in my opinion, "fancy" and "hi-tech" mobile phones should be restricted to at least 18 yrs old or above. The reasons is that, here in our country, just having a cellphone exposes you to a lot of danger like "cellphone snatching w/ a free icepick stab if you resist". I don't want the children or teens exposed to that kind of danger, at least in our country.
