There is a crucial point here - that everyone seems to have missed (or conveniently ignored?).
If you PLEAD: Guilty, not guilty or (no contest) nolo contendere - your 'ship of state' is subject to the jurisdiction of the court.
If you refuse to plead anything, the administrative (legal, not lawful) court is exposed as such.
In such a case, the judge cannot enter a plea for you, because the judge is NOT your attorney.
In a high profile case like this one, NOBODY WANTS TO GO THERE because it reveals the true unlawful nature of the US 'legal' BAR cartel (I.e. - Maritime - administrative) NOT constitutional JUSTICE' system.
She was very smart, and refused to plead to anything.
Therefore - there was, arguably, no self-confessed 'legal' 'person' present to answer the charge(s).
The only option available to the judge would have been to cite her for 'Contempt of (a contemptible) Court - which would have been seen to be cruel.
Charges dropped.
