Electric Blanket + Laptop = Lump of smoldering plastic...
I remember a few years back I was using my dad's Thinkpad in bed (I was doing an assignment).
Anyway the electric blanket was turned on...I left the laptop on the bed and I walked away. The heat of the blanket caused the laptop to overheat and the laptop was permanently fried...never worked again.
Needless to say I didn't hand my assignment in on time.
