A military government works best for its people. It should serve only the citizens of the country, no one else. It is working in Russia, where internet crime / fraud against U.S. entity goes unpunished, because it brings in $$$ that helps the Russian economy. Therefore any crime committed by U.S. citizens outside of U.S. should be automatically pardoned.
