    Glad to hear they're fighting back. In my opinion, they have a good chance of winning, even taking into account existing precedence.

    Works fine here.. you might not have had execute permissions set on your server for the cgi file... Here's an active test of the sample code ("Only" downloads 4 harmless files)

    Presumably anything that's available on the iphone will be available in fmt 18 and/or fmt 17. 18 looks good ;)

    Open that without their custom flash player and you get 1024x512 video... And I'd imagine they're recording higher than that.

    Pan around that one and double click to zoom in on the license plates of the cars on the street. You can zoom in VERY far.. and read them.
