SCO CEO McBride sold 7000 shares.
* Opinder Bawa has one filing for having sold 15,000 shares, and another for 8,000 shares. He would appear to have sold all the shares he possesses (but he still has a lot of options).
* Robert Bench has three filings: 7000 shares, 5000 shares, and 4100 shares.
* Jeff Hunsaker sold 5000 shares at the beginning of June.
* Darl McBride sold 7000 shares just after the suit was filed.
That's millions of dollars in stock sales. Given that the stock price skyrocketed when they announced the lawsuit, and the executive stock dumping began shortly thereafter, what do you make of this situation? -
reminds me of the 'sorry' issue
Your post, that is... in a nutshell - if you say sorry, you admit wrondoing, and you open yourself up to litigation.
This blog has a bit of a story about that possibly no longer being the case in british columbia, as well as an organisation whose goal is to do away with the nonsense of sorry == admitting guilt altogether:

Re:Refining waste products?
thermal depolymerisation good place to start. From reading elsewhere(cant remember where, some forum discussion by knowledgable people) looks like some of the companies claims are probably overexagerated (eg probably 60-70% efficiency not 85 or whatever it is they claim) however It still appears EXTREMELY useful, and I hope some serious investing goes into it to build more of the plant's around the world

Re:Wireless capability is a lot less than 300,000s
Read this if you are sceptical about Sanswire claims.

Re:So, what does it mean?
On the other hand, you'd never plug your keyboard into your FireWire port.
Hmm, probably, but only because keyboards are going wireless, not because Firewire isn't up to the task.
That's part of the reason Stuart Cheshire started Rendezvous: so you'd only need one row of identical ports (like Firewire) for everything.
I do not consider it a "feature" that my computer needs USB, Firewire, SCSI, IDE, Ethernet, and DVI ports to connect to the devices I want to use. -
Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect
This concept of being immune to death, and how that affects people, reminds me of an online novel previously reported here called The Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect. Interesting stuff.
