I'm not really sure about your needs...But here are some guesses anyway.
- Use a wiki. Mediawiki works fine for me, it's easy to use and should be easy for you guys to pick up. Plus I'm sure you'll find more uses for it.
- Barring that, get a large 16 month calendar... either a whiteboard one that you can wipe off every month, or one of these that are a foot and a half by two and a half feet. I'm going to guess you don't need to plan ahead too far in advance.
- If your needs aren't that great, there's nothing wrong with just a regular ol' 12 month calendar.

Chatbots older than their owners.
Great, a $5,600 version of Eliza.

Re:So are you saying...
Greate way of judging the usability of modern day linux distros by refering to distros from 4 years back.
First off, Psyche (Red Hat 8.0) was released in September or October of 2002, which I believe is less than 4 years ago
;) (try this if you don't believe me).Second, those are the distributions I've run on my own personal machine, certainly not the only I've used (of course, it's my bad for not mentioning that previously).
And as far as Red Hat distros go, I've tried 9 and the first Fedora Core, and ultimately I enjoyed using 8 over both of those.
It's amusing to see how fast I'm labled a Microsoft fanboy and Linux n00b when I don't preach fervent devotion to Linus, et al...

NO! NO! NO!
The world will end/change on Dec. 31, 9999AD, according to this calendar. As you can clearly see, the calendar does not extend past this date and our modern calendars are much more accurate than those of the Mayans. Surely time will end on this date, or why else would the calendar stop here?

13 month calendar
The 13 month calendar is one of the cooler calendar reform movements.
