Daisy
From their site:
Daisy is a comprehensive content management application framework, consisting of a standalone repository server accessible through HTTP/XML (using the ReST style of WebServices) and/or a high-level (remote) Java API, and an extensive browsing and editing DaisyWiki application running inside Apache Cocoon. Daisy is licensed under the commercially-friendly Apache License 2.0. Outerthought provides commercial services around Daisy. More marketing talk can be obtained from their website. This is the Daisy community website, with access to downloads and the full documentation. Enjoy!

Re:Insane or bought? Or is there another option?
Hmm, while there is no official statement from CA (yet), one of their senior architects in the web services group has to say a word or two in his blog regarding this matter:
'CA Says It didn't Pay SCO no stinking Linux tax', to use the blog entry's title.
Seems SCO spins it a bit differently from what really happened... -

Re:Mini Ask SlashdotQuick note on Cocoon, which you mention. The up-coming version, 2.1RC2, has Jetty built-in. build.{sh|bat}&& cocoon{sh|bat}, and you have it running on 8080. Furthermore, with Apache 2.0 it is really simple to feed this through Apache.
Tomcat on win32 is very simple to use: it appears in the Start menu, for heaven's sake!
