The foundation of treatment for hypothermia was all determined through the torture and murder of jews by the NAZI's, and yet we use that information to save lives even today.

That doesn't make it right, nor does it justify a furtherance of those policies. And you're making a false equivocation -- an apples to oranges comparison. There's quite a bit of difference between human experimentation and entertainment. If you can't see that, you should really have your vision checked out.
