Re:del.icio.us
or as I mentioned previously, you could run Insipid ( http://www.neuro-tech.net/insipid/ ) on a webserver of your own. The snapshotting feature alone makes it worth while.

What I use...
is called Insipid - http://www.neuro-tech.net/insipid/
It's basically a delicious clone but the feature I love the most is the snapshotting one. That way I never have to worry about the information going missing. It's been very useful for things that are hosted on university servers that disappear when the student leaves. Some of my bookmarks are private while others are public. They provide a javascript snippet you can put in your toolbar to bookmark the current page.
It requires a server of your own to host it but it works for me. -
Re:bookmarks replaced with web-services?
I've all but done this by hosting Insipid on my own server.
The best feature is the "snapshot" feature (at least for me). If I get an inkling that some static content will suddenly disappear, I snapshot it so I can go back to it.
It's not as fancy as delicious and it's not all Web 2.0 but it does the job for me. It supports tagging and access control. -
Why do you need a car?My bluetooth cellphone and laptop do this. The phone can "dial" Verizon's network. Not sure, what the bandwidth is supposed to be, but I saw downloads of 20 kilobytes per second.
The laptop talks to the phone over the built-in bluetooth and can share the connection over the built-in WiFi card.

Skype and the credit cards problem
Skype does not want money from its users. I tried to buy credit and my credit card was refused (I use it a lot on other sites). Then I tried others and the cards passed but the order got cancelled inmediately.
I still don't get a reply from the support system. So I started to search the internet. Very known problem.
Just go to this Blog post and you will see the same problems.
A nice idea, good implementation, but sucky customer service, and no way to buy.

This is a review?I bought this last week and wrote about it, and the 1UP review has some bullshit that would lead me to believe they haven't played the game at all.
For example they say there's no playing against AI racers in the demo. Um, no. Three of the five maps have optional AI racers that can be turned on via the Options menu. Even if you don't read Japanese, it's pretty easy to just test out the different options.
