A script to check rDNS for popular domains
I wrote a script to check a bunch of popular domains (or any domain) and see if they have a reverse DNS entry.
http://www.perturb.org/code/rdns_check.pl
The summary is that every one (100%) of the domains I checked had reverse DNS.

Re:$200 per device for the Windows license
paying for operating systems is for suckers. i never have. and no, my stone cold heart feels nothing for the poor starving microsoft execs.
there's a dilbert for that: http://www.perturb.org/display/462_Dilbert___Unix.html -
Re:SSH
Actually, this is what I was thinking about. You get an actual entry in ifconfig, and with a little routing it should be entirely transparent to all applications.

Re:Wow!
For any who missed it (as parent apparently did) the byplay is a reference to a Dilbert, I spotted it at http://www.perturb.org/display/entry/462/

I like these icons better, the nicest FF and TBird icons I've seen. Kudos to whomever did them!
