Re:Commendable
>> 2) Linux commands on their own can look very cryptic to the uninitiated.. add into that the scripting abilities of most shells.. and a new Linux user won't be able to differentiate a malicious command from one that will get their nvidia driver working again

Duct tape solutionI've modded my k/b and have this feature among others:
- All keys are covered in duct tape.
- All "internet keys" are removed.
- Duct tape over the rest of the k/b.
- Removed CapsLock, Insert and NumLock, since they are only ever hit by accident.
- Added a three digit lcd readout on the top right that counts the number of keys pressed (wraps around at 1000) also only works when scroll lock is on, or if you tell your OS to keep the scrolllock light lit. Let me tell you: that was a bitch to set up.

Your own photo album
Anyone with PHP and MYSQL can make an awesome photo website. With something like Camera Life. You can put all kinds of pictures up there and make it easy to get around.
Here's an example of a friendly way to put up thousands of pictures and still keeping everything organized: http://camera.phor.net/ -
Latest version
I linked a subdomain (http://putty.phor.net) to the latest binary.
So when I'm on Windows box and I need a SSH client, I never need to download or worry about versions. I just type it in and hit run.
