Cutting off your nose
Releasing unsupported hardware because you don't like the alternative seems like a case of cutting off your nose to spite your face.
If the (supported) Mac OS X market is an order of magnitude bigger than the (unsupported) GNU/Linux market, and the (supported) Windows market is yet another order of magnitude bigger than that, then cutting off your nose to hide your lies becomes profitable.

Re:Thomas Edison ???
You say "Mad Scientist"
I say "Grumpy Visionary"
cool site
IMO, Edison was a Business genius like Gates but Tesla was a true Creative Genius, not just an inventor. -
Re:Every main series game from 1 to 12?
More like I hope they aren't including Final Fantasy VIII in that. God, what a terrible game. I Think people will start taking money back if they have to read the Emo-fied dialogue that comes out of Squall for that entire game.

Quarantined Volunteer
I think people are pretty ridiculous with how paranoid they're getting about this. To that effect, I made up a t-shirt to have a little fun with them. It simply states that I'm a Quarantined Volunteer from the DCD (Disease Control Department) H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine Program. I've made them available if anyone else wants one.

Re:Space Elevator?
You're not the only one who wants to know: http://www.printfection.com/retro-future/I-Still-Want-My-Flying-Car-T-Shirt/_p_895385
(Note: I have no association with that site, although I did buy the T-Shirt.)

Re:Words=Noise, Writing=Squiggles
But in my own experiance, trying to get a t-shirt made that simply says F*** Jesus, has been very hard. And I can't wait to get one made to wear to Wal-Mart...
You might try Printfection. They allow you to design your own tshirts that are printed on demand for sale through your own web store. If you just want to order a couple custom shirts from your own store there's nothing stopping you. -
Yes! Fire your IE Users
I agree completly - it would be great to not allow IE users on your site. Check out codesmack.com from IE to see the welcome message which kindly encourages the users to rethink their life and download a better browser. If you're already using a modern browser you can see what you're missing here. You can buy a shirt with the message "Serriously, you're still using IE?!?". Go ahead and let everyone know what you think of their browser choice. You can read about Firing Your IE Users for more information.
I hope goolge gears will support Safari soon but I'm excited to try this out.
