Re:how long before kids fake it and buy bear or sm
Of course they don't sell bears cans in vending machines... they are just too expensive.
Also, why bothering with vending machines?
you can just buy it online: http://item.rakuten.co.jp/foodsmate/kumacurry_01 -

In search of the Golden Poop
Wondering (as one does) how much of a market there could possibly be for golden poop, I noted the Japanese writing on the screen and followed the trail to http://www.rakuten.co.jp/bif-shop/448445/156668/: so that award cost somewhere between $18 and $35. I see the little one doubles up as a rubber stamp, too.

PS3 sets on auction now: over $1000.
The
/. editors must have been seriously constipated today. Slander Bezos for what is general practice, then turn around and blame Sony for selling the most advanced game machine in the world too cheaply. Honestly if those people really were homeless (and I can bet you they were not), that is probably the most lucrative and easiest job they could get!
Anyway if you want to know where all those consoles are going, they are on auction (Japanese page at Rakuten). I haven't used Rakuten myself but it seems they don't display the closing prices for closed auctions. But never worry, there are a lot of consoles on sale.. well I see about 500 bids for 15 auctions. One auction still open at time of posting includes a PS3 60GB unit with memory card adapter and 4 games.
The 18th bid has brought that up to 122,000 ($1037) it seems. Another auction has a 20GB machine and 2 software titles for 86,000 yen.. they have 8 units (or 8 homeless people according to Slashdot) and 116 bids.. the bidding started for this one at 10 yen and then Whoosh! Boy I wish I hadn't had my head in the sand! I thought (oh it will get cheaper quick) but I should have sold it on the web. Sheesh! Well this might not play U.S. titles, unless someone discovers a backdoor again. -
Fossil collectives
I haven't used a watch for the last 5 years, ( I have survived with my cell phone's one) , buy one week ago I saw the models from Fossil... and now Im thinking seriously in use one of those... Those displays with asteroids , minimalistic hands and those changing kanjis.... are completly geek

Re:Quite so.
Actually, all the ones for the high-end Lexuses are not only a real key, but they're a very secure U-channel design. You can't see the key's cut shape, meaning you can't sneak a picture and cut one later, and it has the RFID-style circuit in addition to that.
Here's a pic of the u-channel design: http://image.www.rakuten.co.jp/lock/img1039136153. jpeg -
Re:Not Quite SirI can see them all sitting around in the throne room: Queen: "I just appointed my 859th Officer!" Parliment: "WHAT?? NO! 859? Are you crazy! It should be perfectly obvious that Britain should not have more than exactly 858 Officers. Sheesh. What kind of Queen are you anyway?"
I should certainly hope that you cannot see the Queen and Parliament sitting around in the throne room. There wouldn't be room and it would be most improper!
