Re:These have been available...
No need to use a commercial ssh client now that PuTTY has been released for it. Yay!

Re:.....not a status symbol.- SSH client
Oh, did you already hear that the putty ssh client (== open source) was ported for the 9210? 1.0 Beta 1 was released just yesterday. I installed it and it works better than the clients I have used so far (I had some mysteries with odd key-bindings before, for example).

Future Crew
I got into the demo scene, like many others, after seeing Second Reality from Future Crew. I immediately went out and bought a GUS. I still have it, I recently plugged it into an Alpha but it doesn't seem to work...
Imagine my delight when I look under MP3-musiikki and find this. I downloaded it and I'm really impressed. They haven't done a big demo since Second Reality (a couple of mini-demos only) but I am totally happy that Purple Motion is still at it.
I'm going to have to try some of those demos at work tomorrow where I have access to a Windows box. If only they were all SDL like iXalance, which I found about a month ago... -
Re:Tight coding contests in history
On TBL's homepage you can download Stash and other demos by TBL using the iXalance demo system. TBL has made an iXalance-loader for Win32 and Sahara Surfers has made a linux version.

Have my GeForce running on 3.3.5
About 2 weeks ago a patch for the SVGA server has been availabe to add support for the GeForce. You can get the precompiled binary, or patch of the SVGA server at http://www.s2.org/~jpaana/nv/
I haven't had any problems with it, plus support for the GeForce is going to be availabe in 3.3.6 - which should be availabe soon.
